Is this boiler cover?
No. We plan and book servicing and routine upkeep. If something breaks, your genie finds a vetted local trade and gets you a fixed quote first.
I have a pool or a hot tub. Can you include it?
Yes. Add pool cleaning, opening and closing, or hot tub care to your plan.
Can I keep my own window cleaner or gardener?
Yes. Choose only the jobs you want and your genie still tracks everything else.
How do the handyman visits work?
List your small jobs in the app, like a dripping tap or a sticking door, and your genie books a visit to sort them in one go.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
How does the founding deposit work?
Signing up is free. After you sign up you can choose to pay a £20 deposit to lock in founding-member pricing and one of the first booking slots. It's fully refundable: ask at any time before your first visit and you get it all back.
