Is this insurance or breakdown cover?
No. We plan, book and check routine servicing and inspections. We don't sell repair-on-breakdown cover. If something breaks, your genie finds a vetted trade and a fixed quote first.
Can I pick and choose what's included?
Yes. Start with the plan that fits most people like you, then add or remove extras such as pool care, a hot tub, a heat pump service or handyman visits.
Who does the work?
Local, insured specialists we vet and check: Gas Safe registered engineers for gas work, qualified electricians, NCC Approved Workshops for habitation checks and experienced marine engineers for boats.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are refunded pro rata for any visits not yet done.
How does the founding deposit work?
Signing up is free. After you sign up you can choose to pay a £20 deposit to lock in founding-member pricing and one of the first booking slots. It's fully refundable: ask at any time before your first visit and you get it all back.
