Good questions.

Do you do changeovers?

Not as part of the plan. Most owners already have a cleaner. If you don't, your genie can introduce a local changeover team.

Can you work around my bookings?

Yes. Share your booking calendar and your genie schedules every visit for empty days.

Do I need an EICR for a holiday let?

The EICR regulations cover tenancies, not holiday lets. Your fire risk assessment should still consider electrical safety, and some insurers ask for an EICR, so check your policy. We can add one.

What about the hot tub between stays?

On the Complete plan your genie tests, treats and logs the water to HSE guidance, and books drain-downs and filter cleans.

Is this insurance?

No. We plan, book and check routine servicing and inspections. We don't sell repair-on-breakdown cover.

How does the founding deposit work?

Signing up is free. After you sign up you can choose to pay a £20 deposit to lock in founding-member pricing and one of the first booking slots. It's fully refundable: ask at any time before your first visit and you get it all back.
