Good questions.
Do you write fire risk assessments?
Your genie books a competent fire risk assessor to carry out or review it, and keeps the full record in your log.
Will this satisfy my insurer?
We give you complete, dated records for every check. Always check your policy for any specific conditions.
I have more than one site.
Your genie can look after several premises on one account, with a separate log for each.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Is this insurance?
No. We plan, book and check routine servicing and inspections. We don't sell repair-on-breakdown cover.
How does the founding deposit work?
Signing up is free. After you sign up you can choose to pay a £20 deposit to lock in founding-member pricing and one of the first booking slots. It's fully refundable: ask at any time before your first visit and you get it all back.
Where do you operate?
