Do you work in marinas?
Yes, where the marina allows. Marinas often require approved, insured contractors, and your genie only books engineers who meet the marina's rules.
What kinds of boat do you cover?
Motorboats, cruisers, RIBs and small sailing yachts, on swinging moorings, in marinas or on dry stack.
Can you collect a trailer boat?
Yes. For trailer boats and outboards we can collect, service and return within Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
Who keeps the service history?
You do. Every visit, invoice and photo is logged in your app, ready for a buyer or your insurer.
Is this insurance?
No. We plan, book and check routine servicing. We don't sell repair-on-breakdown cover.
How does the founding deposit work?
Signing up is free. After you sign up you can choose to pay a £20 deposit to lock in founding-member pricing and one of the first booking slots. It's fully refundable: ask at any time before your first visit and you get it all back.
